Virtual Conditioning-Pilates with Helena Froehlich

JOIN this gentle on line class where we focus on warming-up, strengthening and stretching your body with awareness and breathing. It includes elements of Qigong, Conditioning, Pilates and Yoga. . You can also ask Helena to address specific areas – for example lower back.

For class please wear comfortable clothing and prepare:

  • A yoga mat
  • Two dumbbells/free weights between 0.5 and 3 lbs. maximum, or two water bottles which work well as an alternative to free weights
  • A pillow: we may use for modifications and specific exercises
  • Two small balls for massage/release
  • A Theraband (long elastic band), or a Towel or a long sleeve T-Shirt

When you are on the page, you will see the upcoming classes for the month and you can reserve your spot for each class you will attend. You will receive a confirmation email for each class you have RSVP’d.

Each class is $15 – You can pay for one or all classes you reserved for the month.  Please send payment directly through the services below:
