A Reiki Master Practitioner, she says, “I am passionate about the sacrality of the human form and exploring ways to enhance wholeness and well-being through movement. Over time, in order to enhance my teaching skills and prepare for my current ‘calling’, I devoted additional years of study to the healing arts, kinesiology, somatic and proprioceptive techniques to support teachers and aspiring young dancers in pursuit of their goals in teaching and dancing. These practices are part of my current teaching activities, which include: embodied prayer practices, meditation, kinesthetic alignment techniques as needed, as well as Classical Ballet, Pilates
