This journey is for anyone who seeks to connect with their deepest and most authentic self, flowing through the essence of water.

I am here to support your unfolding. With my extensive experience in creating a safe space for women, I believe you possess the potential to craft your own unique dance, both within the space we will share and in the dance of life that awaits you beyond.

There has never been a time like this, this is a fact, not just a saying.

We have the potential to create for ourselves a way of being that is alligned to our true nature and to the rhythem of mother earth.

WHATS IT INCLUDE?

Using breath, sound, somatic awareness, embodied anatomy, Continuum, Authentic Movement, and free dance each day we will flow between, moving, processing and sharing circles.

Each morning after breakfast, we move to the beach, connecting with the salty waters of mother earth’s womb.
