Moving Through Life’s Thresholds – Pathways for Embodied Living and Leading (Virtual) – 12 week Adventure

Included are simple time-tested practices and principles offered to inspire those seeking body-centered pathways through life’s major challenging and transformational transitions. This beloved process unfolds within an intimate committed community supporting movement from suffering-to soul-to service.
Specifically, this course includes:
- Online coursework, including soul-stirring readings and a total of 28 rich videos encompassing hundreds of minutes of teachings.
- Practices and step-by-step guidance about how to create your ritual of transformation and begin to move through it.
- Live classes with Melissa and SomaSource Leaders, deepening the teachings along with building community.
Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9-10am MT (so 10:00 am Eastern). (Attending all of the live sessions is optimal, yet optional. To support the strongest group experience, we request that everyone attend at least one session each week.)
