Sacred Dance Meditations with Carla Stalling Walter
Date: July 1, 2021- July 31, 2021
Location: On Line - Every Day at 8:15 am

Welcome to Sacred Dance Meditations

Sacred Dance Meditations: 365 Globally Inspired Movement Practices Enhancing Awakening, Clarity, and Connection by Carla Stalling Walter. She offers readers 365 dances—one for every day—rooted in traditions from around the globe. From Polynesia to Peru, each dance is different in origin and technique but connected in common purpose: as sacred conduits for hope, love, connection, community, and Spirit. Walter provides a theme each new day, drawn from mystical and spiritual principles that originate from precolonial religious traditions. Descriptions, video links, accessibility modifications, and invitations for deeper reflection allow the reader to engage with the sacred power of dance, carrying it in their heart as they move throughout each day.

Daily Class – We meet each day at 8:15 a.m. Eastern.  Join the class! Create an account and then register for the class of your choice. Multi class discounts are available.

July is the month we explore The Goddess, as we follow Ancient Greeks into their point of view on sacred dance meditation. You can review the videos here. The password is the same. Visit our website to create your account and register for Sacred Dance Meditation Classes (virtually and in person), Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. eastern. Classes are $10.
