Tiny & Short - A Drop in the Bucket
Date: February 17, 2017-
Location: Cambridge, Mass USA

The Dance Complex (The Dance Complex) continues to celebrate “25 & Dancing On!” with an amazing performance series titled Tiny and Short: A Drop in the Bucket, adapted this series from Ten Tiny Dances®, created in Portland, Oregon in 2002 and continues to be produced by founder Mike Barber and others, with permission. Dedicated to fostering innovative dance/performance art, The Dance Complex challenges participants by constricting two of the choreographic dimensions: time and space. Performers will create either “tiny dances,” taking place solely on a 4 x 4-foot stage, or “short dances,” limited to 10 minutes or less. Upon arrival, each audience member will be given one voting ticket. At the end of the show, the audience will be asked to drop their ticket in the bucket of whichever artist they would like to support. A portion of the ticket revenue will be awarded to whichever artist you vote for! Performances are Saturday, February 11 at 8 PM, Sunday, February 12 at 7 PM, Friday, February 17 at 8 PM, and Saturday, February 18 at 8 PM. Tickets are $25 (General Admission) and $20 students, seniors, military, and BDA. For more information, visit dancecomplex.org. Direct ticket link: http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/2746848.
