SDG member Jessica Abejar (creator of The Moving Prayer) is facilitating these POP Pilates classes at Old St. Patrick’s Basilica in NYC!  Pop in and check one out!
Jessica Pop Pilates
POP Pilates is a dance on the mat – a group fitness format inspired by classic mat Pilates moves choreographed to upbeat music! Created by YouTube fitness star Cassey Ho, POP Pilates is a challenging yet fun workout that targets the entire body and will help you develop a solid core and strong muscles (and a strong mind)!Be sure to bring a mat and waterbottle! $5 suggested donation for Jessica, our POP Pilates instructor, (Cash, Venmo, PayPal, or Credit accepted).

CNYC Fit is teaming with Old St. Patrick’s Basilica to bring you a Monday night workout class for young adults! Every Monday at 7 p.m., the class will meet at Old St. Patrick’s Basilica Undercroft for a 45 minute workout! Each week will alternate between POP Pilates and Soulcore.

SoulCore is a whole-body exercise that combines pilates-style movements with the Rosary, pairing the spiritual and physical together in a unique way. This fitness class is perfect for those who want to grow in physical strength, community, and even encounter the Rosary in a new way!
